Dianna LeBreton brings over 30 years of appraisal and real estate analysis experience of all types of residential properties in the Ottawa and surrounding areas. Dianna is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, serving on various boards, committees, taskforces and has been published multiple times in the Appraisal Institute of Canada quarterly magazine.

Dianna began her career in appraisal as an Assessment Appeals Officer with Public Works Canada, moving on to the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) where she obtained her certification as a Registered Review Appraiser from the National Association of Review Appraisers and Mortgage Underwriters (NARA/MU).

Dianna has established DCL Appraisals as a professional residential appraisal and consulting firm, specializing in estate settlement/probate, capital gains, historical and divorce appraisals providing clients with valuable information when making life changing decisions.

 

As a trusted partner & consultant, Dianna maintains the highest ethical & moral standards in appraisal practices & confidentiality to ensure accurate fair market values. 

She actively works to pass her knowledge to the next generation of appraisers through training and continued involvement with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
